- Landlord Requirements
-
Landlords typically require that the applicant has good credit and earns 40 times the rent as annual income. Being employed for the same company for a year or more is also required by some landlords. It will be necessary to use a guarantor if the applicant falls short of these requirements. Extra security (the amount can vary depending on your particular situation) can be used instead of a guarantor. We have a great selection of apartments to best suit your circumstances.
- Guarantor Requirements
-
Guarantors typically need to annually earn 80 times the monthly rent and have a good credit history. Some landlords accept guarantors from any U.S. State while some landlords require the guarantor to live in the Tri-state area. Extra security may be required if the guarantor does not completely qualify. We show properties that will best accommodate your particular circumstances.
